Don’t be SAD

I was wary of Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD, also called “winter depression”) before coming here. I thought I was on top of things: having a schedule, eating healthy and going out in the sun as much as I can.

Then earlier I found out two events I have been looking forward to in December and January have been moved online and rescheduled, respectively. Urgh.

Well December is here, lockdown is ending, term break is coming, the holidays are near. Always have something to look forward to and be kind! 🤎
